• Your name — to identify your booking and for driver meet-and-greet
• Email address — to send booking confirmation and receipts
• Phone number — for WhatsApp/SMS booking confirmations and driver coordination
• Pickup and drop-off locations — to plan and price your trip
• Travel date and time — to schedule your transfer
• Flight number (optional) — to monitor your flight for delays
• Passenger count and any special requirements — to assign the right vehicle

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only to:

• Confirm and fulfil your booking
• Send booking confirmation, driver details, and receipts by email, SMS, or WhatsApp
• Communicate with you about your trip (delays, changes, support)
• Improve our service and respond to your inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Payment Information

Payments are processed securely by PesaPal. We do not store your credit card, M-Pesa PIN, or bank account details on our servers. PesaPal's privacy policy applies to payment data they collect.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking records for as long as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Contact form submissions are stored for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data by emailing us.

6. Cookies, Analytics & Advertising Measurement

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement to understand how visitors find and use the website, measure booking and contact actions, and improve advertising performance. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, flight details, or pickup/drop-off addresses to these services.

Where consent is required, Google Consent Mode v2 keeps analytics, advertising, advertising-user-data, and personalized-advertising storage denied until you make a choice. You can accept or reject non-essential services and change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer. We retain the choice and the time it was made in your browser so it can be applied on future visits.

We use essential session storage and cookies for security, currency preferences, and booking progress. Campaign and referral attribution, including GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID, is retained only where the applicable storage choice permits it. Live Google Maps and Elfsight review content also load after acceptance where consent is required.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:
